[求助] APL投稿两个月了，还没有找到审稿专家，我可以撤稿吗？

APL投稿已经两个月了，到现在也没有找到审稿专家，找了好多专家都是拒审，我都研三了，明年春天就毕业了，想这篇文章早点有结果。
请问：我能不能申请退稿啊，怎么写退稿信啊？有写过的吗？求指点啊？万分感谢！！！
