Scripta Materialia拒稿意见是这样的，是推荐我投JAP吗

| This paper concentrates on the cross-plane thermal conductivity of amorphous Si/Si0.75Ge0.25 multilayer films with Au-interlayers prepared by magnetron sputtering that was successfully measured using a differential 3<omega> technique at room temperature. The work reported here, although dealing with materials and seemingly of good quality, essentially has the factual and descriptive character of an experimental report. It does not contain a detailed discussion of the reported effects and, therefore, a scientific contribution on the relation between microstructure and properties o. It is not transformative and this reviewer encourages the author to work it out to a full-length paper and submit this manuscript to a journal more focused on the relevant technological issues where it should have a much better impact. This manuscript could be the base for a good and in-depth full-length story. Journal of Applied Physicswould be a good choice. |
