[交流] 德国博后面试，教授邀请访问他的组，这是什么情况？已有7人参与

德国RWTH Aachen大学Marie Curie Initial Training Network (ITN) 博士后的面试

Spintronics 研究方向
第一轮面试，聊了40多分钟，对我的CV很感兴趣。3天后另外一个教授(真正招人的教授）邀请我第二轮面试。
在第二轮面试前，我把自己的research proposal 发给他了。

第二轮面试中，教授也很感兴趣我的CV和Research proposal.面试中邀请我访问他的组，3天时间，搞个seminar,聊聊细节。

有几个问题，请教下前辈。

1，德国博士后面试需要第三轮到组去吗？
2，这个Marie Curie Initial Training Network 博士后怎么样（教授说待遇很高的）？
3，不太清楚RWTH Aachen 这个大学怎么样？

BTW,德国老师的口音不错,这个组蛮大的，做的方向和我的很match.

你可以在邮件中委婉的问一下，这个看具体情况了，报销，不报销，或者报销一半，什么情况都有，就看组里有没有钱，老板是否抠门了。
或者你看看他们组的有没有中国人，先联系上，打听一下消息。...

老板回复如下：
Concerning your questions:
1) We would cover travel costs, including flight, train etc. and accommodation
in Aachen.

2) I can understand your time pressure concerning finding a Postdoc position. I could offer you, that we shift your visit before the end of September. From my side also the week of the 23rd of September would work. Otherwise I would like to kindly ask you if you trust us, that by mid of October we are able to make you a definite offer. We could also plan that at the end of your visit in October here in Aachen we are ready for signing the contracts in Aachen. Maybe the other institutions, who made you offers, understand when you tell to wait for another two weeks.

I indeed would be very much interested if you could join in my group.
