thank you，but i do not think that phd will  do a great help for me。when i was in campus，i have chance but i give up it。to improve myself in a short time is diffcult， i need something that can packing myself as a successful salareyman，it will take effect i think 。。。

it is a beautiful city.
actually, most of the work stuff are nobody. from my points of view, what you need may be patience. improve the skills one by one,step by step...just tips. I am also one of losers.
are you major in material science of Polymer with a master degree? but most of your work experience  is Project Manage( I think this two are totally difference) May I misunderstand...
Also, I am interested in that how a Japanese company challenge the market in China in home application area? (Sharp? Panasonic? Sony? Cannon?)

I think you won't be happy if you don't change your attitude towards work and life. The higher salary may relax your economic pressure, however, it won't bring anything better or may be worse to you in the attitude.

，i think i am happy except when concerded money especially salary。。。
i need money to improve my economic conditions。

thank you，you are  a good guy。 i made a mistake when i replied to you，the Project management means 项目管理。maybe product enginere is more suitale for naming my position。
i worked in panasonic homeappliance for 3years，from the news you may think that japanesse tycoon is suffering a bad times，but when i was in panasonic，they have got a profit ，and the profit is not bad，to some degreement，they perfromance better than haier，i think。maybe haier‘s home applicance business is not profitable，they got money from other businees such as este etc。

at least， in panasonic hangzhou ，they did not make a loss ，in washing machine and small homeapplicane such as cooker，they can get profit about 8% and even more。

yeah...
As far as I know, in China, the home application is in bad competition. you know, in Chinese supermarket, Media, Supor,even Jiuyang(九阳）,Huatti, Haier, Gree,Aux brand all over around etc .
I also met a friend who is working in Shenzheng panasonic in the position of training engineer. and he told me the situation is also not bad. but they are focused on electricity field..I am not surprised about that since it is kind of high tech..
