Generally, the decision process status means responsible Editor for your paper has made a recommendation (or partial decision) on your paper and submit it to Editor in Chief or Editorial Office who notify you.
In your case, I think your paper in now with the Editor in Chief and waiting for his/her final decision. Goodluck
