我投的JAP一篇文章，编辑发邮件说要求修改一下在考虑是否送外审，要求将修改的稿件发送到Editorial Office，可是我按邮件中的方法操作，无法实施。就是下面这段话：To resubmit, login to your Author Center at http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/app and click on Unsubmitted Manuscripts. Find the manuscript entry at the bottom of the page. Click on the link to the right of the manuscript entry and follow the on-screen instructions. Be sure to click Submit to send the manuscript to the Editorial Office.
还有就是，我不小心把以前提交的稿件在author center 中删除了，会不会有影响？
