美陶，第一次投稿，技术审核，说让修改英文。。好奇怪

It is our experience that, if this manuscript was submitted for review, the reviewers would be irritated with the Journal and would probably fail to finish the review leading to excessive time delays in the review process or unfavorable reviews for you.
