美陶，第一次投稿，技术审核，说让修改英文。。好奇怪

Rather it is based on English usage that is sufficiently flawed that it is sometimes difficult for the reader to discern the intended meaning and it at least distracts potential reviewers and readers from concentrating on the technical content while reading. It is our experience that, if this manuscript was submitted for review, the reviewers would be irritated with the Journal and would probably fail to finish the review leading to excessive time delays in the review process or unfavorable reviews for you. This is not in your interest or the Journal’s interest. In addition, we probably would have had to make this request even had the paper been reviewed and these reviews were favorable.
