[求助] TEM图像用Image-Tool怎样得到晶粒尺寸的分布

各位好：
小生之前投了篇J NANOPARTICLE RESEARCH，刚收到Major revision comments，审稿意见一共十几个，对于其中一个原文如下：
8. TEM: The TEM images of particles of undoped and doped SnO2 may have the same 50 nm scale bar but it appears the scar bar lengths are different. In order to show the effect of Pd-doping on the crystallite size of the SnO2, the author should from these TEM images (Fig. 4 (b) and (c), measure each grain’s diameter by free image software such as one used in previous publications. Such papers which the authors MUST read and cite are as follows:

The obtain size distribution MUST be plotted on a single chart with different legends for doped and undoped SnO2
