Deadly hot days~~~

Everybody in Beijing should have the same feeling that it's so so hot, like the god want to burn all the world..... Even it's so hot, I still went to play badminton with my colleague last night. There is no air condition in the stadiums. It's like committing suicide, I felt I was burning inside, sweating like all water in my body want to go outside, hardly breathing when moving too fast. During the play, I saw much drop of water on the floor, it much be sweat droping directly from our boddy. The boys sweated much more than me, when they squeeze their shirts, there are so much water like they are pulling directly from water, same occation with their trunks too ....  Can you imagine it?All of us felt full sense of accomplishment, we were not afraid of the hot weather! When we got into the subway with air condition, we felt the world was so beautiful! We were very happy and satisfied.  I'm sure that I must lose weight about 1kg at least yesterday!  When we were playing in another stadiums, there was an electronic scale there, we weigh ourself before and after, then we can see clealy how much we lose during the play. For guys who sweat much would lose about 2kg even they drink much high energy water. So I suggest the ones who have weight issue to play badminton. |
