代谢产物的推断是否需要做方法学验证？

人生中第一次投稿被拒了~ 我做的是多级质谱用于代谢产物的推断，大量数据是代谢产物结构及代谢途径的推断。其中主要审稿人的意见如下： Reviewer #1: However I believe that the work is not publishable as it is, because it lacks a considerable part: the validation of the method both on standard solutions and on urinary samples, at least of the two main analytes A and B. In particular the Authors should add in the paper, or carry out if not already done, a detailed paragraph reporting the results of precision, extraction yields, linearity, selectivity and accuracy, with relative tables. In conclusion I would suggest the manuscript may be suitable for publication only if the authors carry out the method validation data. 按照他的说法，岂不是要做方法学验证？但是，我是在做定性呀，如果做了方法学验证的话，岂不是变成定量了？ 现在还在纠结中，到底要不要补数据，求各位大神指点迷津！ |
