小弟投了一篇国外SCI期刊，需要交版面费，文章刚投过去，收到回信，有这么一段话： Furthermore, we request to inform us of the name and address of the payer of the publishing fee (with Tax Identification Number given). We will send you the invoice immediately before publishing. 我看了下，意思是让我把我的名字和地址发过去，文章出版之前会给我寄发票过来，但是括号里面那个是什么意思啊？各位大侠有知道的告诉一下小弟吧，是什么税务号码啊？谢谢各位虫虫了
