协议任何一方在行使任何权力时，如有延误或者遗漏，均不会损害或被视为放弃此种权力
本协议相关的所有通知、请求和一致意见都应当采用书面形式，并在下列情况下视为已递送。1）亲自交付日期，2）通过认证的邮件，邮资已付的回执日期或3）当发送传真而且确认本条所列的当事人地址。本协议可制作多份副本，所有副本均应视为有效协议。本协议将以传真的形式发送。
