请帮分析一下编辑的信，有多大把握能中？ 已有16人参与

请问各位有没有投过BEJ（Biochemical Engineering Journal），最近刚收到返回意见，请大家帮忙分析一下。 编辑给的回复是： Reviewers have now commented on your paper. You will see that they are advising that you revise your manuscript. If you are prepared to undertake the work required, I would be pleased to reconsider my decision. For your guidance, reviewers' comments are appended below. If you decide to revise the work, please submit a list of changes and/or a rebuttal against each point which is being raised when you submit the revised manuscript. Be sure to indicate clearly what changes you have made to the manuscript in response to the reviewer comments. Please also highlight your changes using COLORED font in the revised manuscript. Please submit your revised manuscript within 90 days. If your revisions are not received within 90 days, we may ask you to withdraw your manuscript. To submit a revision, please go to http://ees.elsevier.com/bej/ and login as an Author. elsevier的系统上显示是revising（见图）。以前投稿后返回意见一般是major或minor，这次却只有revising，不知道是什么意思。 三个审稿人的意见加起来有四五十条。其中，两个审稿人没有comment，只是提出了修改意见。另一个审稿人除了一堆修改意见，还给了comment： “Thus, I consider that the article has relevance to the field of this journal.” 请大家帮忙分析一下，如果按要求认真修改，能中的把握有多少？多谢了。  revising.jpg |
