At the start, you can compel yourself to speak in English around a given topic, especially the one you are interested in. You will find you want to express, but maybe there are many words or sentences  that you can not organize them well.
Then, you can search them on line and ask your friends, or even consult native speakers. Make notes of them.
And, the most important thing is the persistence of practice. You can arrange one  topic every week, it could be about a sport star, a musician, or a delicious food etc. When you become more fluent in spoken English, you just try to communicate with others.
In this way, you can learn more quickly in express yourself.
