if he can find a good job, i will not advise him to further his study unless he has passion on research.  i forgot why i furthered my education, however, if i had the chance, i would get a job while i am still young and have the passion to challenge myself and experice  life without too much considerations about the family thing.  nevertheless, if you have passion on research, there is another word.
