会议背景:       The second International Symposium on Intelligence Service, Management and Engineering (SIME 2013) will be held in Beijing, China during November 1-3, 2013. SIME 2013 is an international forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research results, ideas, developments and applications in all areas of Intelligence Service, Management and Engineering. The SIME 2013 will also include presentations of contributed papers and state-of-the-art lectures by invited keynote speakers. This symposium provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration.

征文范围及要求：  SIME 2013 seeks outstanding, original contributions, including solid theoretical and empirical evaluations as well as practical and industrial experiences, with emphases on results that solve open research problems and have significant impact on the field of intelligence service, management and engineering. Topics of SIME 2013 for submission include, but are not limited to:

The symposium proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press, available in the conference, and indexed by EI Compendex. High-quality Papers selected from the conference will be published by several special issues of international journals.
