文章转投不知道如何操作。。。。

投Organic&Bioorganic Chemistry,被拒。编辑建议转投RSC Advances。我搞不清楚怎么转投啊？是在RSC Advances里直接投篇新文章，然后在coverletter里转达OBC编辑的意思吗？在OBC里文章的状态是Transfer，可编辑的信里有句话不是很明白Thank you for your recent submission to Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry. Submissions can be made through your author centre at。。。。。这个没写出来的网址是我投的OBC的author center。难道是从OBC的authorcenter里头RSC Advances？实在搞不明白了，谁能解决一下我的这一疑问啊？我是第一次投文章，实在是有很多问题不明白 |
