Reviewer #1: There is not a strong argument for investigating this plant.  The activities found were at very high concentrations.
They should provide some proof of the identity of the plant e.g. voucher specimen line 125
I think in line 128 should read "extracted with boiling ethanol under reflux"
line 188 express ---- values as % or better concentration mg/ml , not 0.04 ml to enable comparison.
line 210 how can you state that you had good activity? Your concentration of 1500 mg/ml were 30 times higher than concentration of Silva.  Check your calculations could you really dissolve 1.5 g in 1 ml of water?
It would be useful to include a Table with results of other authors to see what concentration killed the ticks.

其实大家都知道，上小木虫来发贴，一是想和大家探讨在写作、投稿、发表过程中遇到的问题，大家共同提高，增长见识；二是希望在投稿的过程中得到大家的祝福，或者是发表后与大家一起分享快乐。大家也知道有时候发的一些贴子，在当时可能发贴人觉得是个问题，但是你是局外人可能觉得很幼稚，或者你当时心情不好，觉得这个贴太小儿科，不值一发，但是既然有勇气发到小木虫上来，就是肯定了小木虫的影响力，认为来这里的都是同道中人或者比较专业的学术友人，而同道者就是互相鼓励，学术友人就站在学术上共同探讨，所以，我认为你这样的回贴不太妥当。可以大家一起探讨问题，但是绝不是给人泼冷水。我并不是希望大家都肯定这里的内容，都是必中，必发之类的，我要的只是大家的理解、支持与鼓励，因为我和大家一样，很相信在这里发金币、得到虫友的鼓励和祝福后，文章的发表之路会顺畅得多，这可能也只是我的一种心理寄托吧。
