Your concentration of 1500 mg/ml were 30 times higher than concentration of Silva. Check your calculations could you really dissolve 1.5 g in 1 ml of water? It would be useful to include a Table with results of other authors to see what concentration killed the ticks. Zorloni cited twice Reviewer #2: The manuscript is well but minor revision is necessary Line 125: knife mill? The type of mill must be cited.
