[求助] 投PRL被婉拒，大家看这种情况适合申诉吗？

I make no judgment on the correctness or technical aspects of your
work. In fact, as a practicing researcher in this field, I am very
impressed by the technical achievement of your work. It is not clear to me why
your manuscript would meet the PRL criteria of impact, innovation, and
interest. Our criteria require a clear justification for consideration
of the paper by PRL, rather than by a specialized journal. Your work
appears better suited for submittal to the latter. [Please see our
editorials http://prl.aps.org/edannounce/PRLv95i7.html (2005) and
http://prl.aps.org/edannounce/PhysRevLett.103.010001 (2009).]

I am willing to consider a resubmittal that clarifies the impact,
innovation, and interest of the work. If you would like me to
reevaluate the paper, I strongly suggest that you revise your
abstract, introduction, and conclusion, to make it clear to a general
reader why the paper meets our criteria. Jargon should be avoided as
much as possible.

If I am not persuaded that anonymous review is appropriate, I may
consult a Divisional Associate Editor on that question. If I find it
warranted, or the Divisional Associate Editor so recommends, I will
seek anonymous review.
