Sometimes , maybe you just want to change something. Things may not go as smoothly as we hope. then you would find the diffirent life is farther form what you once imagined.
in my opinion, the most important for you is to analyze yoursely clearly. then you will ralized what you really want ,and you will know how to do.

I'm so sorry for I even have no idea of "R%D career",nevertheless,from my perspective,whatever job you go in for,first you must accommodate yourself to the work you are doing,undoubtedly,you will be likely to be faced with lots of troubles which may make you unhappy,but that's normal for you,also for everyone,in addition,you need to shift your mental attitude so that you can feel good and overcome difficulties.Lastly,you are sure to adapt to your job successfully and make a great difference.
