Reviewer #1: You have made extremely good progress in revising your manuscript.  My only concern is that on page 3 you indicate that 'all experiments were done in duplicate to demonstrate reproducibility'.  The rule of thumb is that all experiments should be done in triplicate not duplicate. I have a hard time accepting your statement that you have demonstrated reproducibility.  It may have been that you were just lucky.

I have submitted minor corrections to the editor for your perusal.
