[求助] 投稿AEM

第一次投稿AEM被拒，编辑要我按照审稿人意见修改后可以重新再投。
于是前天把修改搞等提交之后，由于忘记写其他作者的信息，及附件材料没有整合到一个PDF中，被编辑要求重新填写提交。
然后，在upload files 提交manuscript时，出现以下：
REVISIONS: If this manuscript is a revision, files from the previous version have been carried forward. Please replace any files that were modified during revision. For example, if you made any changes to your Manuscript Text File, you should provide a new, clean file (i.e., one without changes marked). To verify the acceptability of any replacement Figure files, please use Rapid Inspector. Files that were not revised do not need to be replaced or uploaded again. Mark for removal any files that are no longer necessary (e.g., figures that were deleted in revision).

REVISIONS & RESUBMISSIONS: Your point-for-point response to the reviewers should be uploaded and identified as a "Response to Reviewer Comment" file. A version of your Manuscript Text File that has tracked changes or comments should be uploaded and identified as a "Marked Up Manuscript File" to be used for review only. To add a file and identify it as a different File Type, return to the Upload Files tab.

对此感到困惑，提交的Manuscript Text File 到底是提交clean没有标记修改的，还是提交一个有标记修改的版本？请各位指教！
