随着经济的发展,对钢水的洁净度提出了更高的要求。如何尽可能降低钢水的氧含量是目前冶金工作者主要的研究方向之一。 常规的脱氧工艺主要是将脱氧元素直接作用于钢液进行脱氧。此脱氧方法的缺陷在于其脱氧产物为固态,会有部分产物残留在钢液中,使钢水洁净度降低。 基于这一考虑,本论文采用还原性气体对钢水脱氧,其脱氧产物为气态,不会对钢液造成二次污染。因此,研究还原气作用于钢液脱氧,对提高钢水洁净度具有重要意义。 本课题首先对还原性气体脱氧进行了热力学计算,主要用液化气做为还原气体进行实验研究。在此基础上,进行了钢液喷吹液化气脱氧的实验,得出了相关规律。 With economic development, the cleanliness of the molten steel put forward higher requirements.
