发energy efficiency近20天with editor状态了

4月3日进入with editor状态，4月19日我发了一封邮件问编辑，有没有外审，编辑回复如下： Dear Dr.XXX, Thank you for your inquiry. The Editor-in-Chief is in the process of evaluating your manuscript in order to find suitable reviewers.
