[交流] 各位帮忙看看这种审稿意见还有必要修改吗？

第一次的两个审稿人的审稿意见都是一大堆，尤其说英文忒烂。找英文修改公司修改英文并且认真回答审稿意见后，几天就给了回复：
The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form.
However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below or the attachments in your account), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript.
Please carefully address the issues raised in the comments.
Reviewers' comments:
In many cases the answers to the reviewers comments are still not clear.
Either it is not clear what action has been taken and how this addresses the reviewer comment,
or the answers does not clearly or fully address the issues raised by the comments.
If the authors do not think an issue raised motivates no action this should also be clearly stated and motivated.
It is not enough just to answer or comment the reviewers comment.
The authors need to go through their response again.

这么快就回复，老板怀疑编辑根本没有让审稿人看就给打回来了。提的问题都那么笼统。。让我怎么修改啊。。大家说说我还有修改的必要吗?还是直接撤稿啊？
