JCIS汇款后是否发送正式录用通知？

Notice: 1. We suggest you through Bank of China remittance 2. After receiving your payment we will issue to you an invoice that reflects the amount of the fees that we receive from you, and your paper is formally accepted notice. When published, an electronic copy of the offprint of your article will be sent to you.
