关于optics and laser technology 审稿意见的问题

最近投了一篇optics and laser technology ，已经审过两次了，两次编辑发的信都是说： The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form. However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript. 还有这次有两个reviewer，第一个reviewer的意见比较中肯，把自己有疑问的东西提出来了，另一个的就比较让人难受，啥都没说，说我的图像处理类文章，就说不适合该期刊， Reviewer #3: Defenitivelly, this paper is not suitable for publication in this journal due to the following reasons: - in the abstract there is no evidence of experimentation because it is too descriptive and at the same time don't present any comparative figure-of-merit with the state-of-the-art; - the paper is too boring o read because its focus is marginal to this journal, whose strong points are: Technology, Prototypes of Optical Detectors/Sensors/Sources/Opto-electronic devices/Measuring systems widely using optic components. - the number of experimental results is huge (too much figures) and too much difficult to follow the paper from the begin to the end; - the references are almost on pattern recognition, image processing; moreover, the bibliography is too much supported on books and paper proceedings. I can't recomend this paper for publication in this journal. 关键是Editor有没有直接拒我的文章 我想问下这是大修呢？还是就根本不是修不修了，下次投过去就跟新投的文章没啥两样，重新联系新的审稿人，重新审？还有修改继续投这个期刊的必要不？ 谢谢 |

我想问下这是大修呢？还是就根本不是修不修了，下次投过去就跟新投的文章没啥两样，重新联系新的审稿人，重新审？还有修改继续投这个期刊的必要不？ 这显然是大修，在审稿人意见相左的情况下，责编让楼主修改，这已经表明了他的态度，对楼主的文章是认可的。所以，这次修改楼主要说明自己的文章与期刊的专业偏好是相符的，如果有部分参考文献来自这个期刊就更有说服力了。此外，回答执负面意见审稿人的意见语气要委婉，要言之有据，只要楼主的回答令人信服，修改到位，最后被接收的希望很大。 |
