求助RP里有一条Description of topic with proposed outline 怎么写

RP要求的很细，有一条的要求是： Description of topic with proposed outline (approx. 2-3 pages) The topic description should discuss, in suitable detail, the systematic organiza-tion of the investigation in relation to the planned outline of the material and the arrangements that will be made for conducting the work. Any type of resources whatsoever that are relevant to the project (source literature, plan materials, analysis of findings, statistical data, etc.) as well as the involvement of intra- and extramural institutions for practical reasons of conducting the research should also be disclosed. 我有点迷糊，outline是指的写一个目录吗？ 但是下面又要列举material和resources 到底应该写成什么形式呢？ 多谢！ |
