通过3’RACE技术成功克隆获得了猪GCNF和SF-1的3’UTR序列，长度分别为1816bp和893bp.
The 3’UTR sequence of GCNF and SF-1 genes were successfully cloned using 3 'RACE technology ,and the length of them is 1816 bp and 893 bp respectively.
应用Microinspector软件预测并筛选了两个可能作用于GCNF和SF-1 3’UTR的miRNA，它们分别是ssc-miR-181a、ssc-miR-615。
Two miRNAs which maybe act on the 3 'UTR of GCNF and SF-1 were forecasted and screened using Microinspector software ,they are ssc-miR-181a and ssc-miR-615 respectively.
利用miRNA QRT-PCR检测了这两个miRNA在猪孤雌早期胚胎的表达情况。
The expression level of the two miRNAs in early parthenogenetic embryos of pig is detected using the miRNA QRT - PCR .
通过与GCNF、SF-1的表达规律进行对比，结果发现miRNA与靶基因之间表达存在着此消彼长的关系，推测ssc-miR-181a和ssc-miR-615可能分别参与了GCNF、SF-1在早期胚胎发育过程中的表达调控。
Compared to the expression pattern of GCNF and SF-1,the results show that there is a reciprocal relationship between the expression of miRNA and its target genes,thus we predict that ssc-miR-181a and ssc-miR-615 maybe be involved in the expression regulation of GCNF and SF-1 in the the process of early embryonic development.
