Here you have summarized some of the aspects you have to take into account:

- the highlights need to be rephrased, the readability  improved and  English faults corrected;
- in the text you mention  about your paper "in this Letter," while from the Cover letter it is apparently a " communication"; still, in ees it appears as a full length research paper;
- the equation (page 8) is not properly uploaded, thus not visible;
- the paper is not organized as indicated in the guide for authors; the  sections (Introduction, Experimental, Results and Discussion, Conclusions, etc.) are not distinguishable;
- citations in the text and the Reference list are not given in the style requested by this journal;
- the applied part of the surface science is not sufficiently emphasized;

Therefore I must reject the present submission.
