这是杂志牠家官网给的消息 We sent to Thomson Reuters appeal but this Institution often simply do not answer the letters. More details soon. Important information about JCR/SCI indexing Probably in January 2013 Thomson Reuters suddenly decided to break indexing of our Journal. Probably because Thomson Reuter was no so kind to inform us about this decision. We obtained first signals about not indexing from China authors in March. After sending an alert Thomson Reuters confirmed in mail dated 13 March that Przeglad Elektrotechniczny was dropped from Master Journal List. As the reason was given that PE exceeded acceptable value of self citation index equal to 77%. We never received earlier warnings that this parameter is exceeded. Moreover it is interesting that we was accepted to Master Journal List with self citations index of about 77% and all years we had similar value of this parameter. Thomson Reuter dropped us from indexing basing on data from 2010 although it was possible to calculate and publish data for 2012. We are still indexed by independent databases as Scopus or Google Scholar. Of course authors who decided to submitt papers only taking into account SCI indexing are free to withdraw their papers. Till now only two Authors decided to withdraw their papers - rest of authors declaired willingness to publish the papers also without JCR indexing. We sent to Thomson Reuters appeal but this Institution often simply do not answer the letters. More details soon. |
