The above mentioned manuscript has been subjected to the prescreening process of the Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society. I regret to inform you that the board of editors has decided not to send out your manuscript for peer review as it concluded that the manuscript does not meet the standard of the Journal. Furthermore, BKCS manuscript should obey BKCS style (www.kcsnet.or.kr). I will consider it after rewriting the manuscript in a BKCS style (Clearly read BKCS style).
