各位小虫子，这样的comment怎么回答？

日前收到一篇SCI期刊的审稿意见，要修改问题不是很多，主编给了大修。 其中有一个comment比较棘手，请问大家该怎么回答比较好啊？这种情况需要补数据吗？ 要是在不容易补数据的情况下，又该怎么回答这个问题啊？ The number of tests for each configuration is only 2. 对楼主的问题不是很了解，不知道是否做过DoE？ 也许可以这么回答： The number of tests for each configuration is only 2. How the standard deviation and CoV can be obtained based on 2 samples? Re: Even though the number of tests for each configuration is only 2, there are N configurations and therefore the total number of tests are 2N. The standard deviation and CoV were based on all the tests. |
