ELSEVIER 投稿大修如何回复编辑

ELSEVIER 投稿大修，我在论坛上看到应该针对审稿人的意见一条一条的修改，我在“Detailed Response to Reviewers”回复中是针对审稿人的意见一条一条回复的，没有做总结性的说明。在Covering letter 中我总结了几点修改内容写了“A list of changes”，可编辑给我的回复如下： Thank you for your revision - but as submitted it would not be possible for the reviewers to see how you have responded to each individual comment. Please rewrite your covering letter - to show your particular response to each review point, and then in the body of the text show in colour what has changed since the original submission. Unless you are confident that the reviewers are somehow in error - in which case you must explain why this is the case, with reference to particular points in your text - please ensure that for each point raised by the reviewers, you have responded in your letter and demonstrate how you have changed the text. If the reviewers say that something is unclear, even if it is clear to you, you must take note of their comment.Please ensure that you highlight any changes you make in the text of your revised manuscript (please do not use the track changes tool). 对于这个修改我的理解是这样的：1.修改covering letter ，把我的“A list of changes”写成一段概括性的说明。2.在文章中修改的部分用不同的颜色标明。 可我对很多语法也做了修改，不知道需不需要标出。3. 没有明白这句话“but as submitted it would not be possible for the reviewers to see how you have responded to each individual comment. Please rewrite your covering letter - to show your particular response to each review point” |
