1月中旬投的一篇文章，编辑找了两个审稿人，第一个一上来就Require more time，但是很快审完，不知道意味着什么。。。
比较诡异的是第二个人Too Busy之后编辑不再找审稿人了，这种情况要不要写信问一下？
