[交流] MSEA投稿被拒，未送外审，主编审查意见如下，请高手指点下一步如何开展？

Dear ++
I have examined your manuscript which was submitted for publication in Materials Science & Engineering A, and I do not believe that MSE A is the appropriate journal for this paper. This decision is not intended to reflect on the merits of your work; however, the focus of the present submission falls outside of the journal's current scope: Materials Science & Engineering A provides an international medium for the publication of theoretical and experimental studies related to the load-bearing capacity of materials as influenced by their basic properties, processing history, microstructure and operating environment. Appropriate submissions to Materials Science & Engineering A should include scientific and/or engineering factors which affect the microstructure - strength relationships of materials and report the changes to mechanical behavior.

Thank you for considering MSE A, but we are not able to give your manuscript the attention or review that it deserves.  The authors may want to consider submission to a journal that deals with materials processing and phase transformation.

小咚咚，你写的文章中的phase transformation机制的内容进行弱化，只能作为现象解释即可，另外加上对机械性能的影响的内容。这是我的理解。回头可以详谈，呵呵。这个期刊是要求通过理论或者实验研究外在条件对材料的微观结构和力学性能之间关系的影响和分析力学性能变化的原因或者是机制。

貌似主编说楼主文章的方向与期刊的专业偏好相去甚远，建议楼主还是改投吧，之前从专业偏好，审稿周期和中稿率等几个方面做好所投期刊的调研。
