sequence scaner 软件图谱的分析

这两张的碱基图谱是使用sequence scaner软件做出来的，第一幅图注释说sequencing of lama2 gene in zebrafish identified a mutation at c.5376+1G>A in the mutant fish(arrow) 第二幅图注释说 Sequencing of the RT-PCR product in the retention of 764 base pairs of intron 33 in the mutation fish(arrow) 还有一句注释是：Sequencing of this PCR product from lama2 fish identified an insertion of 764 base pairs of intron 33 in the mutant fish. 我看不明白第二幅图，它是表示一个点突变吗？为什么突变后面的碱基有野生型的完全不同？第二幅图片的注释又是什么意思呢？？？   01png  02png |
