投MSEA论文被Reject and re-submit

I am sorry to inform you that I must reject your paper, If you feel that the paper can be revised to satisfy the criticisms of the reviewers, I will consider the revised version. Reviewer #1: The paper deals with the hot deformation behaviour of XXXXXXalloy. The results are interesting for researchers in the area of hot deformation of metals and alloys for purposes of shaping and materials processing. However, this paper is more like a technical report than a high level academic research paper. (1) The manuscript has many grammatical and typing errors and the English grammar and syntax are not satisfactory. Overall, the writing is not optimal and not up to the standards of MSEA. 后面是文章细节，共六点，需要改动的地方感觉不是很多 Reviewer #2: This paper has been written in understandable way, addresses some key factors on deformation and microstructural behaviour of Ti alloys and could be useful for other researchers. I believe that this paper has acceptable condition for publication but suggests some minor revision for final acceptance. 然后提了两个需要增加的内容，一个是更新文献，一个是对文章中一个细节进行一点描述，需要改的地方不多。 Further remarks from editor based on responses from the reviewers: - The manuscript results in a very limited advance to the current scientific literature. The lieterature review needs to be fully up to date in order to have this manuscript published. - There are a number of errors in the english. 最后这是编辑的话。 有大侠可以帮忙看看不，是否有必要修改后重投么？还有中的可能性么？ 一般MSEA就一个外审专家。这次第一个意见回来后，2天后又外审，2天后第二个意见回来了，，，，最后变成Reject and re-submit。。。。 |
