food science and technology research收费吗？已有3人参与
快毕业了，还差一篇论文，在网上查了查这个比较快，日本的一个期刊，不知道收费不？有没投过的虫友？上面是这么写的：
Publication fees： See Appendix Table 2. Foreign national authors residing outside of Japan are exempt.这是啥意思？
你好，请问要成为该杂志的会员，需要交费吗？谢谢！我一个朋友中了，最后回复是“The publication fee will continue to be waived for authors who reside outside of Japan. However, author of articles submitted in January 2014 or later who reside outside of Japan must become an online member or International member if the article is accepted for publication.”，不知道入会需要交费吗？如果不入会的话会不会影响文章的正式发表，谢谢！
