这个是什么状态，是正常程序吗？

第一次投，请帮忙看看，这是什么状态，希望大不？谢啦~ Dear Gong, Thank you for submitting your work to XXX. Before we pass on manuscripts to the Journal Editor, who is responsible for the scientific assessment, we perform an initial check against formal technical criteria (structure of submission, adherence to the Guide for Authors and English language usage). We regret to inform you that your manuscript does not meet the Journal's required standard. Please make changes/corrections as detailed in the comments below. Your manuscript is now located in your main menu under "Submissions Sent Back to Authors". To resubmit your manuscript, please follow the below steps (Please do not submit this paper as a New Submission.): * Press "submissions sent back to author" link in your main menu * Press "edit submission" and then "attach files". * In the "attach file" step please upload the corrected files. Comments: 1) Cover letter should also clearly present: scientific motivation (i.e., why this study is of interest); relevance to the stated scope of XXXX. 2) Names, affiliation and email addresses of four potential Referees should be provided as part of the cover letter. Appropriate Referees should be from institutions other than (and preferably countries other than) those of any of the Authors. 3) A graphical abstract provided should include only one image file. 4) All the references provided in the reference list should be cited in the text.
