各位大侠，第一次投稿JPCC被拒，编辑回信如下，大家帮忙分析分析，给点建议。因为是第一次投稿，没有经验，请大家多说一些，详细点，另外请给一些改投期刊的建议，多谢啦！ I read your manuscript, and I found it interesting. However, the manuscript focuses on synthesis, characterization, and performance of a technologically promising material. There is some mechanistic discussion, but the manuscript is clearly motivated by a technological advance rather than a scientific advance. I therefore do not believe that the manuscript provides sufficient new physical insight to warrant publication in the Journal of Physical Chemistry. Note that papers published in J. Phys. Chem. should be motivated by the desire to discover new physical insight, typically revealed through a molecular-level explanation of physical phenomena. I’m sorry, but I believe that your manuscript presents applied research and is thus outside the scope of the journal, so I cannot accept your manuscript for publication in JPC. I do believe, however, that this manuscript might be appropriate for a more applied journal, for example, ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces. |
