最大的问题是子程序中U的意向属性被设为out，这意味着U只能出现在等号左边（对其赋值）：
系统假定进来时U无任何值（有值也不用），而且在返回前必须对U赋值
可是你的子程序中，U出现在等号右边，这与其out属性矛盾。
