[求助] 文献有段话看不懂,求高人赐教!

这段话摘自JACS
The platinum nanoparticles(Pt NPs)were prepared according to the procedure reported elsewhere. 2.6 mg of H2PtCl6(0.56 mM)was added to 9 mL of an aqueous solution containing 50 mM sodium citrate(0.67 mM),then under vigorous stirring,1 mL of aqueous sodium borohydride(NaBH4)solution(30 mM)was added dropwise.The solution was kept stirring for another half hour.The particle sizes ranged between 2 and 6 nm distributed mainly at 4±0.8 nm in diameter.Assuming a particle contains about 2000 Pt atoms2,the stock solution was about 0.3μM in particles.

其中关于 H2PtCl6, sodium citrate的用量不明白,尤其是括号里面(0.56 mM)(0.67 mM)表达的什么意思?

mM是mmol/L,溶液体积9mL,这样就算出来了

呵呵,谢谢,我知道单位,我是不明白怎么计算出来的,2.6mg和括号里的0.56mM之间的关系。

Usually this means the final molar concentration of the chemicals in the mixture solution, but the calculation seems not so accurate ´when considering the final solution volume of 10 ml.
Maybe you can check the original paper that the authors referred to.
