As known from the conductivity theory for conductor, there are mainly two key factors affecting conductivity-contact number of conductive particles (i.e. pathways of conductivity) and the contact extent between particles. With A sinter-reagent added to B composites, D, E, and F shows poor conductivity performances except C. Hence, the conductive partcles inside the material are mainly C particle formed under high temperatures. When the content of added sinter-reagent was low, for example, ¡ÜF2%, although the addition of F3 particles decreased F4 conductive particles in the system, liquid state generated from the addition of F5 particles reduced the void in system increasing the density (Fig.1). Conductive particles contacted eachother quite good and conductive pathway was shortened. As a result, conductivity decreased. Thus, conductivity of material increased after more F6 was added (¡ÝF7%) when the material density was high enough, because material density decreased and pore rate increased resulting from over-calcination, and the other reason is the content of F8 conductive particles in the system was reduced. |
