[求助] 二审回稿意见，帮忙翻译下

Previous referee´s as well as editor´s recommendations on analysis of peptides should, in my opinion, be followed. At least it should be shown that R280 of the w.t. enzyme is actually targeted by trypsin (MS or MS/MS analysis) alternatively showing a slower build up peptide fragments by peptide capillary e-phoresis. MS or MS/MS or capillary e-phoresis may be commercially available as a service. As a further alternative the authors may run SDS-page - the risk being that fragments is not picked up, but at least showing differences in a disappering band (time course w.t. versus at least R280 or the triple mutant). If it is so that the enzyme activity detection earlier detect tryptic digestion - this would be a way to indicate the greater sensitivity by use of enzyme activity.  The authors claim (in referee response) that enzyme activity is a more sensitive way to analyse trypsin attack, but as it stands it is hypothetical and an analysis of peptide fragment build up would add on to  such a hypothesis (if its needed to use a prolonged incubation time to show differences between w.t. and the R280 mutant) or alternatively, as suggested above, just analyse disappearance.       第一次投文章，怕理解错了编辑的意思，哪位好心人帮忙翻译下，大概意思，不甚感激~~~

but as it stands it is hypothetical and an analysis of peptide fragment build up would add on to  such a hypothesis 。这句话是关键，
