Not bad when you need to refresh your nervous system, and train it well for sometime you will need it suddenly.

When I was young I worked in a factory and during lunch time, I walked to the restaurant next street, there was a woman towing her doggie along the street side, and suddenly there was a huge truck moving to our direction very fast and we sensed that the driver cannot control his truck and seems he wanted to steer to the left but truck would not obey, then we saw the right rear wheel get off the ground and the whole truck started slanting, however, the woman simply opened her mouth, she was shocked and could not move, the doggie sensed what would happen and keep barking, I ran to the woman and grap her hand and pull her running, after one second, the truck turn over exactly the location we were standing.
So you can see, sometimes we really need the scary movie for training ourselves...
