Taylor & Francis 上的Molecular Simulation的版权需要通过邮局邮寄吗？

在Taylor & Francis 上的Molecular Simulation投稿，现在要版权书，我已经下载下并签名然后扫描后转成PDF格式给上传上去了，但版权书中有一段话“please return the completed and signer original of this form and the agreement that is attached to it by post or fax. You may email a scanned copy of the signed agreement for convenience，but please return the original copy signed copy by post.
