Oh,yes,this city in the middle of Yunnan. Just 80 km from Kunming to Yuxi. Maybe 1 h if you drive a car.

Oh, actually I have never been to Yunnan, I know the spring city Yunnan, and the tropic area of Xishuangbanna, and the elephants which destroyed the crops of local people, sometimes even hurt local people.

So, when I have a chance, I may stay in Yunnan for days, to experience the exotic things there.

I have been to many cities, such as Qingdao, Dalian, Yantai, Beijing and so on. In my opinion, BJ is the best city for touring because of its long history and rich multiculture. What impressed me most are beautiful BJ dialect and long BJ Hutong. Oneday morning, I walked in Ditan Park with fair-sounding voice of BJ old residents fulfilling my ears. The moment, I wish I can spend more time living in BJ and experience the common life in BJ day by day.

It seems we should pay more attention to the small things in BJ, other than the glorious old palace and the Great Wall. Yes, BJ has too long a history, I think most minute things, such as the decorations on the roofs of old house, may have a long history, or even a long story.

Much time is needed to experience and understand BJ.

But last time, we only visited the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, and the Chairman Mao' Memorial, there were so many people at all these sites.

Thank you for your words, we should find another way to understand BJ.

Yes, I like Nanjing.

One reason is the mountain and the lake, another reason is that there are many historic building of the 1911-1949 era. People there are also nice.
